Description:

This interactive workshop teaches participants effective interpersonal communication skills to improve workplace and organizational dialogues. Participants learn how the “ABCs” of solution-seeking language and reflective listening promote collaborative interactions among people by de-emphasizing “problems” in favor of “seeking solutions.” Participants practice these skills and brainstorm approaches to introduce the ABC’s within their organizations.
