Conflict Coaching "At Risk Children" in Foster Care

Description of Workshop:

This workshop will explore “At Risk” children with a focus on the foster care environment in Georgia. The facilitator will investigate conflict and impact on children in the foster care system. The workshop will explore conflict theories and the how of using conflict coaching as an alternative ADR method working with “At Risk” children. This workshop is intended for people involved with the Foster Care (foster kids) and potential people who are interested in the foster care system.

Trainer:

John Martin, John Martin is a LSU alumni with a BA in Political Science and a MBA and has his JD from Southern University Law Center. John is an accomplished family law attorney with over 21 yrs. of private practice experience, a member of the Louisiana State Bar, an entrepreneur, civil mediator, arbitrator, and conflict coach with extensive domain expertise in family law (divorce, complex child custody, adoption, and foster care), elder law, and business law. John also is an active CASA volunteer with Atlanta CASA.
