All online, hybrid, and principal courses will be reviewed according to the appropriate following checklist. Please note that the numbering may seem off. This is to maintain accordance with the forms used by reviewers. 

Asynchronous Online Course Checklist

This checklist was developed based on the KSU Course Quality Checklist and will be used to evaluate all asynchronous online courses. 

Hybrid Course & Synchronous Online Course Checklist

This checklist was developed based on the KSU Course Quality Checklist and will be used to evaluate all hybrid courses and all synchronous online courses. 

Template Course Checklist

This checklist was developed based on the KSU Course Quality Checklist and will be used to evaluate all principal (formerly known as master) courses.
