“Improving Organizational Communication: Using Solution-Seeking Strategies of Appreciative Inquiry.”

Wednesday July 28, 2021 from 1:00 pm-4:30pm. Virtual Event on Zoom

About

This interactive workshop teaches participants how to integrate effective communication and solution-seeking strategies of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) within workplace and organizational settings. In lieu of punishing language or divergent questioning styles, AI processes emphasize mindfulness of rhetoric and question-framing to promote positive, constructive dialogues that de-emphasize ‘problems’ in favor of seeking ‘solutions.’ Participants learn to integrate AI principles in their organizations by practicing and developing their own AI approaches during the workshop.
