“Working at the Center for Sustainable Journalism was the defining experience of my college career. Covering the Georgia Legislature for Fresh Take Georgia was an incredible way to get hands-on, real-world experience reporting on important issues impacting people in Georgia. At CSJ, I learned what it really means to be a journalist. By speaking with legislators, community leaders and ordinary people alike and publishing their stories on a platform with a real audience, I have developed skills and learned lessons that I will take with me for the rest of my career. If you are looking to elevate your journalism game, CSJ is where you need to be.”
