Constitution Week Panel: "West Virginia v. EPA: Environmental Policy, Bureaucratic Rules, and the US Supreme Court."

KENNESAW, Ga. (Sep 12, 2022) — SGIA and the Sturgis Library will be sponsoring a panel for Constitution Week.  This year's subject will be "West Virginia v. EPA: Environmental Policy, Bureaucratic Rules, and the US Supreme Court."  The panel will be held on the second floor of the Sturgis Library from 11:00 to 11:50AM on Monday, September 19.  The panel will consist of faculty from the School of Government and International Affairs.
