Noah McLaughlin, PhD | Director

Dr. Noah McLaughlin is an Assistant Professor of French in the Department or World Languages and Cultures, where he has been a faculty member since 2007. As director of the World Languages Resource Collection, he works with the collection's Coordinator and Kennesaw State's world languages and cultures faculty to initiate and oversee innovative projects that fulfill the mission of the WLRC, including tutor training, the creation of new teaching materials, and professional development brownbag meetings.

Patricia Tilbian | Coordinator

Patricia Tilbian has been coordinating the World Languages Resource Collection with distinction since 2004. She works extensively with the Director, and her responsibilities include overseeing the budget, hiring, training, and managing tutors, and curating its analog resources, audio-visual equipment, and expansive selection of foreign films.
