Dr. Racel Wins Distinguished Dissertation Award!

KENNESAW, Ga. (Apr 18, 2012) — Dr. Masako Racel is the winner of the John M. Matthews Distinguished Dissertation Award for her dissertation "Finding Their Place in the World: Meiji Intellectuals and the Japanese Construction of an East-West Binary 1868-1912" as judged by the faculty of the Department of History at Georgia State University.
