• All field experience evaluations for Supervisors, CTs, and students are administered through Chalk & Wire.
• CAPS and CAR forms (Word docs)
• Single Lesson Plan Template, Weekly Lesson Planning Template, and Observation Summary Form

Chalk and Wire Information

All English Education students are required to purchase a Chalk & Wire online portfolio account (available through the campus bookstore website). English Ed courses will require students to upload and submit assignment(s) for assessment through their portfolios.
