RCHSS 2022-2023 Faculty, Staff, and Student Awards
The Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences recently recognized graduating students, faculty, and staff for outstanding achievements this year.

Outstanding Journalism Student Taylor Croft (December 2022 graduate) is pictured with RCHSS Dean Catherine “Katie” Kaukinen. Taylor’s faculty honorees were Professor Gary Green and Dr. Josh Azriel.
Graduates recognized included M.A. Integrated Global Communication Outstanding Scholar Matthew Mannheimer pictured with School Director Dr. Barbara S. Gainey (faculty honorees Professor Sarah Johnson and Dr. Amanda Weed); Outstanding Media and Entertainment Student Amari Mosby pictured with faculty honoree Dr. Mackenzie Cato; and Outstanding Organizational Communication Student Lisa Johnson pictured with faculty honorees Dr. Audrey Allison and Dr. Robin Mathis.
From left, is Dr. Gainey with Dr. May Gao, recipient of the Distinguished Professor Award. Dr. Gao is joint appointed with the School of Communication and Media and the Interdisciplinary Studies Department. Also pictured is Dr. Debbie Smith, interim chair of ISD. Laura Vo was awarded the Excellence in Customer Service Award and is a staff member in the School of Communication and Media. She is given her award by Dean Kaukinen.
