HSS Faculty and Staff Receive Top Honors at KSU Foundation Awards Ceremony

 

KENNESAW, Ga. (Aug 20, 2013) — During KSU’s recent Awards Ceremony, Provost Harmon announced the many outstanding faculty and staff who were finalists and winners of awards for service, teaching and mentoring, and scholarship and creative activity. Along with all of the nominees for these awards, this array of commitment and talent epitomizes all the very best of KSU and represents the many accomplishments of all who work here. Many faculty and staff were nominated and recognized at the department and college levels as well as at the university level. With great pride, we acknowledge and congratulate all within KSU who were finalists and award recipients at these different levels.

Within CHSS, our faculty and staff received numerous accolades during the Awards Ceremony. We gratefully and enthusiastically acknowledge the accomplishments of our colleagues. KSU FOUNDATION PRIZE FOR PUBLICATION OR CREATIVE ACTIVITY (ONE WINNER PER COLLEGE)
Winners: Dr. Albert Way, Department of History and Philosophy Dr. Linda Treiber, Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice, co-author of an article with a faculty member from WellStar College of Health and Human Services
