The 5th Annual German Poetry Contest

KENNESAW, Ga. (Sep 12, 2012) — The German Studies Program invites any learners of German in Georgia to participate in our 5th Annual German Poetry Contest. This year's topic is: Sport, Spiel, und Spaß. Deadline for submission is September 30, 2012. Poems can be of any length and format, but must be in German. Poets of any age and language level may participate. Poems will be judged by native speakers and advanced learners of German according to current student level and age. Winners will receive a certificate and a prize. Poems may be submitted by students individually or by their instructors to: Dr. Susanne Kelley at skelle16@kennesaw.edu. The email should include the author's name, grade level, level in German, name of school or university, and the name of the German instructor.
