On April 16, students from six different language programs read poems on the themes of unity and cultural diversity

KENNESAW, Ga. (Sep 23, 2019) — On April 16, students from six different language programs (Chinese, German, Hebrew, Italian, Korean and Spanish) read poems on the themes of unity and cultural diversity, a response to racist hate speech on campus last spring. The event was co-organized by the Italian, German and Chinese clubs, and well attended by students and faculty. Snacks and drinks were also provided. The student participants were enthusiastic and are considering repeating the event next spring.
